Flybrain - An online atlas of fly neuroanatomy
(check out IBRO for a whole slew of great links to neuro related online resources)
Other
Ramon y Cajal - An informative website commemorating Ramon y Cajal's 150th birthday. What a badass, an artist doing brain physiology. Discovery through incredibly careful observation. Check out his self-portraits (my favorite is obviously the one with the skeleton) and other photos from his travels. Also, I recommend his book Advice for a Young Investigator.
